Averaged 13.3 points, 14.4 rebounds, 10.3 blocked shots, 3.2 assists and 2.2 steals per game in 2003-04 while receiving Class 3A all-state accolades? Three-time all-conference pick who earned Player-of-the-Year honors as a senior? Had 20 points, 20 boards and 12 blocked shots in as a senior in a contest against Southwest Guilford? Played in North Carolina?s Oasis Shrine East-West All-Star Game in her hometown in the summer of 2004? Two-time all-Guilford County selection? Concluded her fantastic career with 1,025 rebounds, 825 points, 747 blocked shots, 238 assists and 176 steals? Tallied 10.1 points, 10.1 boards and 10.3 blocked shots a contest in 2002-03? A three-time All-Northwest selection and a three-time All-Central Carolina 2-A selection, Gilley scored 1,552 career points and led Lexington in points, rebounds, assists and steals this season. She played in the Carolinas All-Star Classic and has signed with East Carolina.

"She is very versatile, with shooting ability, and she can penetrate and post up and pass," Coach Nicole Riscica said. "She is also a smart player who can create. If there was a situation where we weren't doing well and we put the ball in her hands, she usually made the right decision at the right time. She also did a lot of the little things, and her defense improved a ton."
